pypath.inputs.pdb.pdb_complexes(organism=None)

Extracts protein complex data from PDB. The complexes are returned in a dict with string keys and pypath.internals.intera.Complex objects as values. These latter carry their constitution, stoichiometry and the PDB identifiers.
