pypath.internals.resource.NetworkDataset§
- class pypath.internals.resource.NetworkDataset(name: str, resources: dict | list | None = None)[source]§
Bases:
MutableMapping- __init__(name: str, resources: dict | list | None = None)[source]§
A set of network resources.
Formerly the network datasets were represented by dicts. This is only a thin wrapper around that solution to better organise metadata of the datasets and resources within.
Methods
__init__(name[, resources])A set of network resources.
add(value[, key])clear()get(k[,d])items()keys()pop(k[,d])If key is not found, d is returned if given, otherwise KeyError is raised.
popitem()as a 2-tuple; but raise KeyError if D is empty.

values()without(exclude)Attributes
interaction_typesname- clear() None. Remove all items from D.§
- get(k[, d]) D[k] if k in D, else d. d defaults to None.§
- pop(k[, d]) v, remove specified key and return the corresponding value.§
If key is not found, d is returned if given, otherwise KeyError is raised.
- popitem() (k, v), remove and return some (key, value) pair§

- update([E, ]**F) None. Update D from mapping/iterable E and F.§
